About ME

My name is Christian Rincon and I love making stuff that sends a message.

The sort of things I create draw their inspiration from street art, vintage poster design, activism, architecture, and film. I want folks to be able to connect the culture they consume with the complex concepts I develop.

Currently, I am an Associate Director of Design at the Center for American Progress, the progressive think tank based in Washington, D.C. I’m also the founder of beacon, a design studio that supports grassroots organizations, social causes, and brands with a purpose.

I try to keep this site updated so you can see some of my recent work as well as some featured work I’m extra proud of.
